Orders

• We recommend you print a copy of your order for your records.
• All prices shown are inclusive of Taxes or VAT, where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Canada/International - Payments to be made in US Funds

• Purchaser is responsible for any additional customs & handling fees that may be charged by receiving governmental agencies. No duty on books. Canadian orders ship Parcel Post and usually arrive in 10-14 business days.
• For International Customers the shipping cost will not be reflected in your "check out" price.  Before placing any orders please contact us at info@reachouttohorses.com to obtain a valid shipping cost.  If you do not contact us for the shipping cost, we will contact you shortly after you place your order with the additional shipping cost of your order. In addition all International Customers are responsible for all customs' duties and brokers' fees.
• Defective merchandise will be replaced immediately. Report damaged goods for exchange within 10 business days & defective goods within 30 days. Return it in same condition to: Reach Out to Horses, PO Box 1913, Elizabeth, CO 80107. No soiled items or opened packages accepted. Include your name and address. You are advised to obtain proof of posting for your returns.

Back Orders

• Occasionally items are out-of-stock and placed on backorder. We reserve the right to hold the entire order and ship all at once. If you are unable to wait we can send you two shipments for a higher shipping cost to be determined at the time of purchase.

REACH OUT TO HORSES CLINIC AND WORKSHOP REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. All payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   
   
2. If a student fails to attend a class for any reason, the student will not be entitled to any refund. 
   
   
3. All clinics and workshops will be confirmed 21 days prior to the scheduled date.  Reach Out to Horses® reserves the right to cancel any clinic or workshop for any reason, at any time.  In the event of a cancelation by Reach Out to Horses® all clinic or workshop fees will be returned in full to the student.  Reach Out to Horses is not responsible, nor will it reimburse for, any travel or lodging arrangements or payments made to a third party for any clinics or workshops.
